Giving the right presents

Happiness is when someone is opening their presents and you keep hearing, "Awesome!" during each one.
I got a slide whistle for this person and I had doubts when someone else said, "Why did we think getting an instrument was a good idea?" but I was vindicated because all afternoon I have been hearing this slide whistle going up and down.
I was surprised but then it was an "of course" moment when she said she had got a periodic table mug for her birthday. Having done a science degree, it makes sense.
I had champagne at lunch as part of the birthday party... I was sooooooo tired afterwards I fell asleep in the toilet cell. (It was the only place to take a nap without getting caught).
Also, I got a present as well, some souvenirs from her trip. I got a little stuffed banana plush toy (Coffs Harbour, The Big Banana attraction) and banana soap which smells delicious, and also a pencil with a giraffe from Dubbo Zoo.
Yesterday LF also showed me a bunch of greeting cards she had bought that were quite interesting and said I could have one, so she made me pick. So yet another present. :)
I have so many soft toys and dangling things at my workstation now that I look like sideshow alley. I should put up a bullseye and provide a bucket of soft balls. 20c a go.
