I thought I would share with you this thing on my desk which is very lovely in colour and shape and also in the background you can see my pony puzzle hanging on the wall.
It makes a nice difference to have a plant at the desk. Roses always have this velvety look to them. I really like the feel of wilted rose petals too.
Do you know, that some cultures use rose for food? Of course, rose water springs to mind and turkish delight, but in the book Like Water for Chocolate, the author describes a rose petal sauce over quails.
